In this role, you will provide high quality mental health treatment, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to clinical operations.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is passionate about advancing the company’s Quadruple Aim: enhancing patient care experiences, improving population health outcomes, reducing costs, and bolstering clinician well-being. They are also enthusiastic, service-oriented, curious and collaborative.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>***Can reside anywhere in the United States but must have full, independent licensure in the state(s) you are licensed in***</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assess, diagnose, and generate treatment plans to deliver mental health treatment</li><li>Ensure outcome collection and analysis</li><li>Prioritize whole-person care by collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams</li><li>Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies and procedures, and recommending new approaches</li><li>Stay informed on mental health related research, news stories and the competitive landscape</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s Degree in Mental Health (psychology, social work, clinical counseling, etc.)</li><li>Clinical confidence with fluency in a variety of mental health treatment models and the capacity to treat a variety of conditions</li><li>Preference for experience in working with diverse units of treatment (individuals, couples, families, groups, etc)</li><li>Fervor for cultural curiosity and experience engaging and treating people across a wide range of social, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds&nbsp;</li><li>Self-starter</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytic skills</li><li>Flexible and eager to learn new skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment</li><li>Fluency in basic computer skills including Microsoft 365 and EHR systems</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>First Stop Health is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
