The Project Superintendent manages all on site construction activities including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants to successfully execute large and complex projects. The Project Superintendent also leads teams with multiple direct reports at various levels in careers as well as assist/support employees throughout their professional development via weekly/monthly check ins and mid/annual reviews to track performance.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead the project safety program and execute the site-specific safety plan to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate daily field operations (self-perform and subcontractor work) to ensure work is completed per plans, specifications, submittals, and contract requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage short-interval planning to support the overall schedule, including daily planning, weekly commitments, and 3-week look-ahead coordination.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Monitor field progress against baseline schedule and key milestones; communicate constraints and recovery actions with the project team and trade partners.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure project quality by executing the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP), completing field verifications, and driving timely resolution of deficiencies.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage labor productivity and production tracking by monitoring manpower, quantities installed, and weekly progress reporting.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support cost control by coordinating T&amp;M verification, assisting with cost-to-complete inputs, and ensuring accurate field documentation for changes.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate labor, equipment, tools, and materials to ensure site readiness and efficient execution (including delivery log accuracy and staging).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead daily stand-ups and weekly foreman/subcontractor meetings to ensure alignment, accountability, and clear communication across partners.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Essential Skills &amp;
