A flexible hybrid work schedule supports today&#39;s busy professionals.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Participation in the evaluation, planning, permitting, and design of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects as part of multidisciplinary teams, from initial studies and conceptual development through final design and construction.</li><li>Perform fieldwork and site visits as required throughout design and construction phases.</li><li>Manage small to medium projects and support management of larger projects, including planning, organizing, and supervising engineering staff.</li><li>Support the development of technical treatment strategies, including process selection, development of process design criteria, and project delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with internal technical specialists and discipline-specific design professionals to support successful project delivery.</li><li>Support client coordination, collaboration, and business development activities, with guidance from local office leadership.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of proposals and technical presentations.</li><li>Occasional travel may be required.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in environmental, civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering.</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license.</li><li>5-15 years of experience in planning, design, or construction of water-related projects.</li><li>Experience preparing conceptual and feasibility studies; construction drawings and specifications; bidding assistance; and office/field construction support services.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Familiarity with engineering and construction management software.</li><li>Strong communication skills, self-motivation, organizational skills, and attention to detail.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage small projects.</li><li>Strong interest in the water, wastewater, and stormwater industry.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced degree (Master&rsquo;s or Doctorate) in environmental, civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering.</li><li>Proficiency in GIS, CAD/BIM, BioWin, PowerBI, and database tools.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans).</li><li>Pre-tax flexible spending plans for medical, dependent care, and transportation.</li><li>Short- and long-term disability, plus employer-paid life insurance.</li><li>Paid holidays, floating holidays, and paid time off (PTO).</li><li>Employer-contributed 401(k) plan and additional financial planning support.</li><li>Professional development opportunities, including tuition reimbursement, in-house training, and incentives for professional licensure and professional organization memberships.</li><li>Starting pay range for this position depends on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.</li></ul><p>#li-hybrid</p></div>\n",
