      "content": "<div>\n<h3>Financial Reporting &amp; Controls</h3>\n<p>· Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.</p>\n<p>· Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and en-sure financial integrity.</p>\n<h3>Accounting Operations</h3>\n<p>· Lead all core accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and re-ceivable, fixed assets, and revenue recognition.</p>\n<p>· Ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of accounting processes and systems.</p>\n<h3>Month-End Close</h3>\n<p>· Drive a timely and efficient month-end close process.</p>\n<p>· Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce close time-lines.</p>\n<h3>Compliance &amp; Audit</h3>\n<p>· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory accounting and reporting re-quirements.</p>\n<p>· Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and manage all audit activities.</p>\n<h3>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting</h3>\n<p>· Support the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.</p>\n<p>· Analyze budget-to-actual variances and provide clear explanations and insights to leader-ship.</p>\n<h3>Tax &amp; Cash Flow Management</h3>\n<p>· Oversee corporate tax compliance and coordinate with external tax advisors.</p>\n<p>· Monitor cash flow, assist with banking relationships, and investment activity, providing recommendations to leadership as needed.</p>\n<h3>Strategic Leadership</h3>\n<p>· Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation.</p>\n<p>· Collaborate with the FP&amp;A team on forward-looking financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.</p>\n<h3>People Leadership</h3>\n<p>· Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance and ac-countability-driven culture.</p>\n<p>· Build scalable team structures and processes aligned with company growth.</p>\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n<h3>Education</h3>\n<p>· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting required.</p>\n<p>· CPA, CMA, and/or MBA strongly preferred.</p>\n<h3>Experience</h3>\n<p>· 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.</p>\n<p>· Several years of experience in an accounting leadership or management role.</p>\n<p>· Experience with percent of completion (POC) method of accounting required.</p>\n<p>· Experience working with or within private equity (PE)-backed organizations strongly preferred.</p>\n<p>· Experience recording (purchase accounting) and integrating acquisitions strongly pre-ferred.</p>\n<p>· Experience with international accounting (i.e., Mexico), consolidation and reporting pre-ferred.</p>\n<h3>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</h3>\n<p>· Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.</p>\n<p>· Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar).</p>\n<p>· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.</p>\n<p>· Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.</p>\n<p>· Ability to manage remote staff.</p>\n<p>· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p>· Proven ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.</p>\n<p>· May require occasional travel (i.e., less than 10%)</p>\n\n<li>#LI-ANS</li>\n\n</div>"
