This role will report to the Plant Manager at our Ogden location, <strong>Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Supervision</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and schedule team of maintenance technicians across shifts.</li><li>Provide training, coaching, and performance management for maintenance staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Equipment &amp; Facility Maintenance</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee installation troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production equipment (cutters, pleaters, conveyors, gluing machines, compressors, HVAC systems, etc.).</li><li>Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime.</li><li>Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate vendor relationships for repairs and supplies.</li><li>Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and in compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.</li></ul><p><strong>Operations Support</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with production supervisors to minimize equipment downtime and meet output goals.</li><li>Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and provide root cause analysis.</li><li>Support continuous improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and process efficiency initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Administrative &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.</li><li>Track maintenance KPIs such as downtime, repair completion time, and cost savings.</li><li>Assist in budget planning for maintenance expenses, tools, and capital projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Meeting Participation &amp; Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Attend all maintenance Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and maintenance-related meetings.</li><li>Prepare and complete all required documentation in advance of these meetings.</li><li>Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with the Head of Maintenance.</li></ul><p><strong>Required skills and qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; Technical certification or associate degree preferred.</li><li>3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Familiarity with PLCs, automated machinery, and preventive maintenance systems.</li><li>Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li><strong>Ability to work Monday - Friday, 7-3:30pm</strong></li><li>Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including occasional international trips to Canada.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Haves:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced production environment.</li><li>Comfortable working around machinery, on ladders, and in varying temperature conditions.</li></ul><p><strong>This job description is not all-encompassing; however, it is intended to be a general description of the responsibilities of this position.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Overview</strong><br>We are a leading ecommerce company with a mission to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
