    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position includes but is not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to operate welding fixtures for the purpose of:<ol><li>Quality assurance checks</li><li>Diagnose issues with their operation</li></ol></li><li>Ability to perform full setup and tear down functions for projection and robotic welders including fixturing as necessary</li><li>Ability to bypass fixtures and controls of a robotic / projection weld cell</li><li>Ability to disassemble, clean, and reassemble welding fixtures in a reasonable time frame</li><li>Ability to calculate mathematical robotic weld adjustments as needed from QA reports</li><li>Ability to interpret weld data from robots and make proper adjustments to weld angles and parameters (with engineer assistance)</li><li>Read and decipher weld fixture component blueprints&nbsp;</li><li>Work OT and weekends as needed to support assembly welding department</li><li>Complete all PM documentation as assigned<ol><li>Report fixture wear to the proper channels for escalation of repair</li><li>Maintain documentation in a readily accessible and organized manner</li></ol></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>General Work Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>A self-motivated attitude towards PM completion and continuous improvement opportunities</li><li>Intermediate mechanical skills<ol><li>Understand and operate general tools such as wrenches, drivers, and some pneumatic tools&nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>Strong analytical and reasoning abilities</li><li>Able to work safely and move at a moderate to fast pace across specified terrain for extended periods of time</li><li>The ability to lift 30 lbs on a routine basis</li><li>Manipulate medium to large objects, materials, or tools on a routine basis</li><li>Use arms/legs continually and repeatedly over an extended period</li><li>Must have shift and overtime flexibility including some weekends</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent is required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div>\n<br/>2:30pm-10:30pm M-F",
