Phigenics does not sell water treatment chemicals and is not biased toward any treatment technology or supplier.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:</span></p>\n<p>The Production Specialist will report to the Production/ QA Manager or designated Manager within the Operations Department. The Production Specialist will assist in providing WMP Product support by creating WMP documentation deliverables for internal customers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>● Develop the client’s WMP deliverable documentation</p>\n<p>● Actively participates in the development, implementation, and execution of internal processes and procedures to enhance and improve the WMP delivery model</p>\n<p>● Assists in standardizing company WMP deliverables and helps facilitate the appropriate resources necessary to meet and exceed customer expectations.</p>\n<p>● Assists in managing regional team expectations regarding Production/ Quality processes, deliverables, timelines, status, and issues.</p>\n<p>● Establishes, manages, and maintains project plans with external and internal partners.</p>\n<p>● Provide status reports to the Production/ QA Manager for communication to Phigenics management.</p>\n<p>● Assist in the development of quality assurance/control processes</p>\n<p>● Takes on additional project responsibilities or duties as needed</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p>● Bachelor’s Degree required.</p>\n<p>● Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, including the ability to effectively present information.</p>\n<p>● Must be highly skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, including but not limited to intermediate knowledge of the following software products: Google Suite, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word.</p>\n<p>● Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p>● 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a science or engineering field.</p>\n<p>● Have a proven track record working with key project leaders and/or decision-makers.</p>\n<p>● Experience with cloud-based project management software preferred.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment / Travel</span></p>\n<p>This is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be necessary for department meetings.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>**Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
