The role will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to drive complex projects across the Options Technology landscape.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is an ideal opportunity to play a major role within Client support globally. The ideal candidate combines strong technical delivery expertise with an understanding of trading workflows, low-latency systems, and financial markets infrastructure.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years’ Project Management experience in a technical environment.</li>\n<li>Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams, internal and external stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Experience with Linux/Network management and deployment.</li>\n<li>Strong English-Japanese bilingual ability, in both written and verbal communication.</li>\n<li>An industry recognised Project Management or Service Desk qualification: PRINCE2, ITIL etc is desirable, but not essential.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Typical job duties would include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects supporting Options platforms.</li>\n<li>Proactively manage regional delivery backlog, implementing solutions to remove blockers and drive projects to completion.</li>\n<li>Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across regional and global teams.</li>\n<li>Drive Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.</li>\n<li>Track project risks, issues, and mitigation plans while ensuring timely escalation where appropriate.</li>\n<li>Coordinate production releases, change management, and post-implementation reviews.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We’re also looking for candidates with:<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong research, writing and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable working environment.</li>\n<li>Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Desire to travel and see the world.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage your own projects in a professional manner.</li>\n<li>A passion for innovation and the financial technology sector.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Project management skills and proven ability to manage own workload.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to apply</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Submit a CV and cover letter to the Technical Project Manager role on the Options Careers Page at <a href=\"https://www.options-it.com/careers/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://www.options-it.com/careers/</a><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.</span> On the covering letter, please detail the role you are applying to, along with your availability.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We look forward to discussing how you can make an impact at Options Technology!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you have any questions about this position, please contact <a href=\"mailto:[email protected]\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[email protected]</a>.</p>",
