You will work closely with Product, Development, Design, and Delivery teams to ensure new functionality meets business requirements, quality expectations, and user needs before release.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Plan, prepare, and execute testing activities across assigned features, projects, releases, and change requests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform functional, regression, usability, compatibility, exploratory, and API testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Validate delivered functionality against business requirements, acceptance criteria, technical specifications, and user expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure appropriate test coverage while identifying and communicating testing risks, assumptions, and potential gaps.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide testing estimates and contribute to delivery planning activities where required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to the ongoing improvement of testing standards, templates, and documentation practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure testing activities are clearly documented and traceable throughout the development lifecycle.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to investigate issues and validate fixes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support root-cause analysis activities and contribute recommendations aimed at reducing recurring issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
