      "value": "<ul><li>Accountable for the on-site execution of PV EPC projects from mobilization through commissioning, energization, and final handover</li><li>Lead and coordinate all daily construction activities in alignment with the project schedule and contractual milestones</li><li>Oversee, coordinate and manage the performance of internal teams, subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, and technical personnel to ensure efficient execution of works</li><li>Provide technical guidance and leadership to project managers and site teams; develop, mentor, and evaluate staff while assigning responsibilities to ensure high performance</li><li>Ensure full compliance with company procedures, corporate Quality Assurance policies, HSE standards, legal/statutory requirements, site safety requirements,  environmental legislation and industry best practices</li><li>Ensure all works are executed in accordance with technical specifications, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards, including conducting inspections and overseeing corrective actions where required</li><li>Maintain accurate daily records of progress, completed quantities, outstanding works, and construction performance</li><li>Provide structured daily and weekly reports on construction progress, risks, delays, resource requirements, and procurement/logistics updates </li><li>Report directly to the Head of Projects and Project Manager</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely project documentation to support payment milestones, claims management, audits, and contractual compliance</li><li>Support and coordinate commissioning and testing activities to ensure full readiness for energisation and project handover</li><li>Facilitate effective communication and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Identify opportunities to optimize construction methods, workflows, and site processes, and implement approved improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk</li><li>Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of Greencells construction standards and best practices</li></ul>"
