We partner with HR teams and HR software companies to design and deliver custom integrations that connect HR, payroll, and business systems, reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and help people's operations run more efficiently.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As a Technical Support Specialist in a fast-growing iPaaS company, you will be supporting and troubleshooting integrations across HR, payroll, and business systems. You’ll work with APIs, data, and real production environments - not traditional IT support. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys offering outstanding customer support and has coding and API experience. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Schedule Information:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required: </span>You will need to work weekends, covering both Saturday and Sunday.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Schedule options: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Full-time: Select any 3 days from Monday through Friday to complete your work schedule.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Part-time:  Options range from weekend-only shifts to hybrid schedules once the initial training phase is finished. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Our ideal working time consists of 1 pm-7 pm EST, plus 8-4 for both Saturday and Sunday; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Troubleshoot integration issues across APIs, data flows, and connected systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify root causes and resolve production issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Analyze logs and system behavior to diagnose problems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with developers, consultants, and clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage support cases and communicate updates clearly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to testing and continuous improvements</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3+ years of proven experience with OOP - Java, C#, Python etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service, with a track record of going above and beyond in client engagements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address both technical and business challenges.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Self-motivated, self-aware, coachable, and collaborative, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Nice to have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with or supporting Salesforce Service Cloud.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Javascript, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, Graph QL, Insomnia, Postman, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with, or functional understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Exposure to HR and/or finance data integrations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with HR and ATS platforms such as Oracle HCM, Taleo, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, and BambooHR.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Additional language skills such as French, Spanish, Arabic, or other languages.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
