    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Here are some of the great benefits that we offer:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Competitive wages.</span></li>\n <li><span>Company paid health, dental, and vision benefits.</span></li>\n <li><span>Free Employer Clinic and Urgent Care</span></li>\n <li><span>Onsite nurse and Occupational Therapy&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Paid vacation&nbsp;and an annual bonus.</span></li>\n <li><span>401k with company match&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Opportunity for career stability and growth</span></li>\n <li><span>Tuition reimbursement program</span></li>\n <li><span>Protective personal equipment is provided or cost of purchase is reimbursed.</span></li>\n <li><span>On the job training</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hydrostatically tests tanks by plugging openings and filling each tank with water and pressure.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Visually check each tank for leaks and identifies leaks by marking the shell.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Properly and safely operate hydro test and pneumatic testing equipment.</li>\n <li>Visually inspects tank’s fitting and brackets for proper welds.&nbsp; Hand stamps all tested tanks with assigned letter.&nbsp; Records required tank information on hydro data sheet, using the weld inspection report</li>\n <li>Chips slag and welding from around fittings and brackets when tank is being filled with water.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Notifies Supervisor when plastic plugs, O-rings and other materials reaches re-ordering points.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Holds necessary welding certification, as required to repair all manufactured products.</li>\n <li>Attaches data plates as necessary.</li>\n <li>Inspection of hydro testing equipment for proper operation before&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain all appropriate paperwork relating to testing practices.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><span>Preforms housekeeping and other related duties.</span></li>\n <li>Material handling – operation of cranes, hoist, and forklifts when necessary.&nbsp; Also successfully complete any training/safety program relating to the operation of the equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Education and Certifications&nbsp;</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Must have either a High School diploma, GED, or at least 1 year working experience in an industrial based environment.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work will in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations.</li>\n <li>Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.</li>\n <li>Must have reading, writing and simple math skills.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read blueprints.</li>\n <li>4-1 short circuit transfer GMAW.&nbsp; 1G Minimum (if applicable)</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Must be certified to operate all hydro stations.</li>\n <li>Must be certified to operate large diameter test station Building 2</li>\n <li>Must be certified on the passivation of Stainless-Steel vessels.</li>\n <li>Training on all pneumatic and hydro testing equipment.</li>\n <li>Various types of fillets, groove, and multi-use weld gauges.</li>\n <li>Safety checks and other housekeeping tasks.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Work experience in related industry is an asset but even if you do not have this, we still want you to apply.
