font-weight: bold\">The Call:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Worship Arts Coordinator serves as a key leader of our Mount Pleasant Campus ministry team, providing leadership and support in the worship ministry.  This role exists to create irresistible, distraction-free worship environments, helping to fulfill the church’s mission of leading people into a focused life of Jesus Christ.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Worship Arts Coordinator will be responsible for:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">1.  Modeling Biblical Priorities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As a member of the Community Church staff, each employee is expected to lead by example in spiritual maturity, character, and lifestyle.  Staff members are called to model a life of personal discipleship and to reflect the heart of Jesus in their relationships, leadership, and daily choices.  These objectives are accomplished by:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Committing to a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ through regular time in scripture, prayer, and worship.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Actively participating in the life and mission of Community Church through groups and volunteer teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrating a contagious passion for reaching people far from God both locally and globally, and inviting them into a disciple-making process of spiritual growth, connectedness, and maturity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Championing unity across all ministries and teams, avoiding gossip, and responding to challenges with a spirit of humility, grace, and reconciliation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Adhering to and encompassing the qualities and characteristics required of Community Church employees as defined in the Staff Handbook.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">2.  Strategic Leadership and Ministry Oversight</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Worship Arts Coordinator implements the vision, strategy, and direction for worship at the Mount Pleasant Campus in alignment with the overall mission and vision set by the Lead Pastor and Director of Worship Arts.  This role helps cultivate a consistent and unified worship experience that reflects the mission of Community Church.  These objectives are accomplished by:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Foster a culture of worship at the Mount Pleasant Campus that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of Community Church.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Carry out ministry programming in alignment with the church-wide strategy and direction set by the Director of Worship Arts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with the Campus Pastor and Director of Worship Arts to ensure quality, consistency, and excellence.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Actively pursue growth as a leader by seeking feedback and development opportunities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">3.  Core Competencies</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Worship Arts Coordinator serves as the champion for worship at the Campus and demonstrates a high level of skill, commitment, and effectiveness in their ministry area.  They deliver consistent, high-quality experiences that reflect the overall vision of Community Church.    These objectives are accomplished by:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Effectively lead and execute weekly worship services in collaboration with the Campus Pastor and Director of Worship Arts, ensuring excellence in musical and technical aspects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrate proficiency in musicianship and worship leadership as a skilled vocalist and instrumentalist.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee all technical and creative elements of worship services at the campus level, including audio/visual systems, stage design, and integration of media, in coordination with the Worship Arts team across campuses.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">May provide direct supervision of campus staff, assistant directors, or interns as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">4.  Leader Recruitment and Development</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Our staff is committed to building healthy, capable teams by identifying, equipping, and empowering both staff and volunteers.  Worship Arts Coordinator plays a vital role in cultivating and developing volunteer leaders at the campus level through ongoing support, clear communication, and intentional discipleship.    These objectives are accomplished by:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop a leadership pipeline for recruiting, onboarding, and training volunteers in alignment with Community Church standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide regular coaching, encouragement, and feedback to leaders and team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Under the guidance of the Campus Pastor, help foster a culture of spiritual growth, relational health, and leadership development at the Mount Pleasant Campus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">5.  Ministry Administration</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Effective ministry requires intentional organization and faithful stewardship.  Worship Arts Coordinators support the day-to-day administrative needs of the worship ministry at their local campus, ensuring their ministry efforts are organized, efficient, and aligned with church-wide systems.    These objectives are accomplished by:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Be a faithful steward of ministry resources, including tracking expenses, managing supplies, and assisting with budget planning under the guidance of the Campus Pastor/Director of Worship Arts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain familiarity with systems that support the operation of Community Church, including but not limited to Church Community Builder, Planning Center Online, Bill.com, BambooHR, and more.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicate regularly with Campus Pastor and Director of Worship Arts to ensure smooth coordination and unity between campuses and central ministry leadership.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Accountability:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Worship Arts Coordinator is accountable to the Mount Pleasant Campus Pastor and will receive an annual performance review.  Compensation is reviewed annually by the Board of Trustees</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Effective communication skills (oral and written).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent people management skills both with staff and volunteers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in ministry in a medium to large church setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">An engaging communicator with a strong biblical and theological background.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A self-motivated leader possessing relational skills with staff, volunteers and congregation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in leading and developing worship consisting of musicians and instrumentalists.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with required technology that supports the worship ministry including Planning Center Online, Ableton, Vista Pro, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Basic proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Basic proficiency with database software (Community Church to provide training).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Undergraduate degree preferred.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);
