    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong>:</p>\n<p>The <i><strong>HVAC Lab Technician - 2nd Shift</strong></i> is an intermediate level position for testing with sufficient experience to handle most assignments.
