Caregivers in this role assist individuals with daily living activities while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.</p><p>This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, patient, and able to work independently while following a care plan and communicating any changes in client needs to the office.</p><h2>Job Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene</p></li><li><p>Provide companionship and emotional support</p></li><li><p>Support clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation</p></li><li><p>Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed</p></li><li><p>Perform light housekeeping such as cleaning, dishes, and laundry</p></li><li><p>Provide medication reminders as directed in the care plan</p></li><li><p>Accompany clients to appointments or errands when required</p></li><li><p>Maintain a safe and clean home environment</p></li><li><p>Report any changes in client condition or behavior to the office</p></li></ul><h2>Schedule</h2><ul><li><p>Flexible scheduling based on availability</p></li><li><p>Full-time and part-time positions available</p></li><li><p>Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be offered</p></li><li><p>Additional hours may be available based on client needs</p></li></ul><h2>Pay</h2><ul><li><p>$14.00 &#8211; $17.00 per hour</p></li><li><p>Pay is based on experience and level of care required</p></li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>Must be at least 18 years old</p></li><li><p>Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required</p></li><li><p>Valid driver&#8217;s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required</p></li><li><p>Ability to pass a background check</p></li><li><p>TB test required prior to employment</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and professionalism</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform physical caregiving tasks as needed</p></li></ul><h2>Work Environment</h2><p>Caregivers will work one-on-one with clients in a home setting.
