We have a state of the art facility but it is our employees that separate us from our competition.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Metrology Programmer Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The Programmer will be responsible for creating automated inspection measurement routines per prints conform to all print requirements and our Quality Management System requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Programmer Essential Job Functions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create automated inspection programs and routines for various equipment</li>\n <li>Edit automated programs </li>\n <li>Maintain the file system for all revision-controlled programs </li>\n <li>Assist employees with interpretation of reports to expediate needed CNC code corrections </li>\n <li>Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T concepts </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Metrology Programmer Minimum Requirement & Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of experience programming automated inspection equipment</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills </li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude </li>\n <li>Excellent mechanical dexterity and hand and eye coordination </li>\n <li>Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) </li>\n <li>Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills </li>\n <li>Attention to detail </li>\n <li>Organizational skills </li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment </li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize and multitask Desirable Criteria & Qualifications </li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Medical manufacturing experience </li>\n <li>Experience working in a highly regulated industry (FDA, ISO)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>rms Company Benefits </strong></p>\n<p>As a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees.
