You will serve as liaison to our automotive client as we build a custom enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. You'll play a pivotal role driving product creation by working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. You feel comfortable enough in your skills to be a thought leader, bringing the customer's vision and voice to the development of this innovative tech platform.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Note you must live in Ohio or Michigan, as the role requires periodic trips to the client site in Michigan.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for ERP platform development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Support project implementation while uncovering and navigating the wants, needs, and priorities of client end-users.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Understand the ERP integration landscape and identify opportunities to improve product offerings and the customer experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Create and manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on market and customer research, engineering capacity, customer value, and budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Support the design, testing, and implementation of integrations between the ERP and legacy software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Craft business cases to support execution of the product strategy and customer workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Execute a go-live launch plan including training and support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Other duties as assigned.<br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">At least 5-7 years of hands-on technical product management experience, preferably with enterprise software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Track record of tangible results in Agile environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Experience with ERP systems is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Able to articulate, demonstrate and shape product strategy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Strategic thinker, highly analytical and innovative.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Collaborative approach and excellent problem-solving ability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Superior written and oral communication skills, coupled with technical acumen.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Bachelor’s degree required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Transform Labs</span></span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt\">Transform Labs specializes in building innovative software solutions for diverse sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, startups, and non-profit organizations.
