We are committed to technical excellence, professional integrity, and continuous improvement.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking an experienced Quality and Training Lead to play a critical role in managing and maintaining our accreditation systems and leading competency, training, and technical assurance across the business.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Reporting to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Manager – Quality &amp; Training</span>, and working closely with PBC Directors and senior technical staff, this role is responsible for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining compliance with the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supporting and coordinating<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> BCA accreditation and re-accreditation assessments</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Managing accredited policies, procedures, registers, audits, and corrective actions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Delivering competency assessments and technical training for technical staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Providing technical leadership and guidance across the organisation</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is a hands-on, influential role with real scope to shape systems, uplift capability, and support the ongoing success of PBC.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Objectives</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring that PBC meets its IANZ BCA Accreditation requirements and retains its Approved Organisation (Building) status.</li>\n<li>The ongoing development of the PBC Accredited Policies and Procedures system</li>\n<li>Lead the delivery of the PBC’s Quality Management systems</li>\n<li>Support and deliver the competency assessment program to all technical staff</li>\n<li>Co-ordinate and deliver technical training to new and existing staff</li>\n<li>Oversee the technical audit program</li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership for the PBC team</li>\n<li>Provide a high quality, professional service to the clients and customers of PBC.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional who brings both <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">technical credibility and strong </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">organisational skills.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will ideally have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BCA accreditation requirements and IANZ processes</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in building control, regulatory compliance, or quality systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A solid understanding of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NZ Building Code and regulatory framework</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience delivering or coordinating audits, assessments, or training</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High-level written skills for policies, reports, and technical documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ability to work collaboratively with Directors, managers, councils, and staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You must have qualifactions that meet Regulation 18 of the Building (Accreditation of Building Consents Authorities) Regulations 2006</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
