The Retail Sales Consultant Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. Individual should possess:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Superior communication and customer service skills, especially effective via email and telephone</li>\n <li>A minimum of one (2) year sales experience in the automobile industry or equivalent, preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent follow-through skills</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere.</li>\n <li>Must have (or be willing to acquire) a valid California Occupational Sales and Driver’s License with an acceptable and safe driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Physical Demands</h1>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
