      "value": "We are looking for an experienced and driven Plant Manufacturing Manager to lead all manufacturing operations at our Poland facility (Kobierzyce - Magnice). The focus of this role is to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality battery energy storage systems (BESS) and inverters. You will drive operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and lead the team to meet production targets, financial budgets, and strategic priorities.<br><br><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities to achieve production schedules, output, quality, and cost objectives</li><li>Develop and execute operational plans aligned with company strategy</li><li>Optimize the use of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure production efficiency</li><li>Ensure all products, especially <strong>BESS and inverters</strong>, meet strict customer specifications and quality standards</li><li>Maintain and improve the Quality Management System</li><li>Prepare, manage, and control the plant's operational budget</li><li>Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement projects</li><li>Provide strong leadership, coaching, and training to production supervisors and technical staff</li><li>Manage team performance and foster a capable and engaged workforce</li></ul><br>"
