You will </span><span>align CPI</span><span> content </span><span>with the most </span><span>recent trends</span><span> in climate finance and policy, </span><span>in ways that</span><span> directly speak to our target audiences</span><span> and </span><span>ensure</span><span>s</span><span> that</span><span> CPI </span><span>expertise</span><span> </span><span>provide</span><span>s</span><span> actionable guidance to decision makers at the highest levels. <br><br>The ideal communications associate will have a strong</span><span> </span><span>interest in sustainable business, investment, finance, and economics, and dedication to CPI’s mission and impact.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>You will report to the </span><span>India</span><span> Communications </span><span>lead, </span><span>and will closely collaborate with </span><span>program teams</span><span> </span><span>in India, as well as the global communications team</span><span>. You will also work with external </span><span>stakeholders</span><span> including partner NGOs and </span><span>the </span><span>media.</span></span><span> <br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities </span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span>Includes the following and other duties as assigned:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop and carry out integrated, external communications </span><span>plans</span><span> that are aligned with directly influencing the intended audience and have measurable KPIs</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Guide content development from concept to publication—including storyboards, key messaging, structure</span><span>, </span><span>and editing</span><span>—</span><span>of CPI </span><span>research products, presentations, op-eds</span><span>, </span><span>social media campaigns, </span><span>and other written content.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>E</span><span>nsure adherence </span><span>to </span><span>CPI’s in-house style guide, brand, and citation standards. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain and evolve </span><span>a</span><span> repository of talking points that summarize</span><span>s</span><span> CPI</span><span> India</span><span>’s body of work and address</span><span>es</span><span> current issues in climate finance and policy.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support internal communications that builds</span><span> </span><span>cohesion and reinforces CPI’s positive and inspiring culture.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Help with content taxonomy, keywords, and tagging to ensure web content is </span><span>optimized</span><span> for search indexing and discovery.  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Occasionally lead or help with media relations, including </span><span>identifying</span><span> outlets and p</span><span>lac</span><span>ing</span><span> stories in top-tier business, financial, and energy sector media.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br>Qualifications &amp; Experience <br></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Post Graduate degree in Mass Communications/ Public Relations/ Marketing, and demonstrable (minimum of 4 years) post-qualification experience in the field, or a Graduate degree with minimum 6 years of experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience<span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> with handling content development, written content editing, media outreach and public relations.
