This is not a conventional hire. We are looking for a physician to help launch, build, and lead a new wellness venture from the ground floor. The right candidate will have a meaningful voice in bringing to life our vision for optimizing personal health care.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>The Opportunity</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A true ground-floor founding role: the clinical vision, patient experience, and care model are yours to shape with the resources, brand, and patient base of an established, high-volume platform behind you from day one.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">H/K/B serves a large, engaged patient community across Cosmetic Surgery and MedSpa. The appetite for deeper, longitudinal wellness care already exists within that base.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The freedom to build something genuinely differentiated in longevity medicine without the constraints of a health system, the overhead of going solo, or the compromise of a model that&rsquo;s already been decided.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Key Responsibilities</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with H/K/B leadership to solidify the clinical model, patient experience, and care protocols for the wellness venture to create a world-class patient-centered care.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct comprehensive wellness evaluations and build individualized longevity protocols spanning metabolic health, hormone optimization, cardiovascular risk, body composition, sleep, and cognitive health.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interpret and integrate advanced diagnostic panels including biomarker analysis, cardiovascular imaging, epigenetic testing, and specialty laboratory profiles and translate findings into actionable clinical plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary clinical team including NPs, Registered Dieticians, Exercise Physiologists, and Mental Health Providers as the venture grows.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Educate and empower patients to make meaningful, sustainable health decisions with the time, tools, and relationships that a membership-based model is designed to support.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory, licensing, and ethical standards.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>What We Offer</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The chance to build a longevity practice the way it should be built with a leading provider group, a strong patient base, and the operational and administrative infrastructure to do it right.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">An established patient community already oriented toward quality and aesthetics &mdash; sophisticated, health-motivated individuals who chose H/K/B and represent a natural foundation for a high-touch wellness practice.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Competitive base salary and performance-based compensation structured to grow with the practice you help build.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The H/K/B brand, infrastructure, and regional reputation providing the backing of an established, multi-location aesthetic medicine business at every step of the build.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Qualifications</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license in North Carolina, or eligibility for expedited licensure</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB-GYN, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Training or demonstrated interest in longevity, preventive, integrative, or functional medicine (IFM, A4M, or equivalent certification strongly preferred)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clinical familiarity with weight loss, hormone replacement, peptide protocols, and advanced diagnostic interpretation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Entrepreneurial orientation with genuine interest in building a clinical program from the ground up</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable in a high-touch, relationship-driven practice model with engaged, discerning patients</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Patient-focused with a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based, ethical care</li></ul></div></div>\n",
