This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, stays active on the floor, and takes pride in keeping the restaurant running efficiently and looking its best.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><em>Host Duties</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet guests warmly and make a positive first impression</li>\n<li>Manage waitlists, reservations, and seating flow efficiently</li>\n<li>Escort guests to tables and provide menus</li>\n<li>Communicate wait times clearly and accurately</li>\n<li>Support personalized service by recognizing guest needs and preferences</li>\n<li>Assist bussers in clearing and resetting tables</li>\n<li>Rotating seating to ensure even distribution of tables to serving staff</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Busser Duties</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas</li>\n<li>Assist servers by refilling water, pre-bussing tables, delivering food, and responding to guest needs</li>\n<li>Help ensure tables are ready promptly to support smooth seating and service flow</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>General Responsibilities</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with hosts, servers, and management to maintain strong communication</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment</li>\n<li>Follow all sanitation and safety standards</li>\n<li>Take initiative to complete necessary tasks without needing to be directed</li>\n<li>Support the overall guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">physical demands</span> described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the jobs listed above.
