          "text": "<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Solutions Engineer</strong> to join our growing team in Austin, Texas.&#xa0;</p><p>The <a href=\"https://wise.com/platform/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wise Platform</a> team works with financial institutions and major tech companies at a global level to offer Wise products and services directly to their customers through our <a href=\"https://api-docs.transferwise.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">API</a>.<br>\nSolutions Engineers make it happen by working with partners to build integrations to our class-leading international finance products, while improving Wise Platform by increasing the capabilities of our public API. The team’s goals are to drive the growth of Wise through partnerships and integrations by creating a world class product set delivered through third parties.</p><p>As part of this role, you will</p><ul><li><p>Provide technical consulting and product guidance to banks and other partners integrating Wise, primarily post-sale</p></li><li><p>Ensure partners deliver the best integration within their constraints for an excellent customer experience</p></li><li><p>Assist partners in the implementation phase, defining technical solutions and documenting requirements</p></li><li><p>Support business development by aiding larger partners requiring novel features, including technical scoping and feature design.</p></li><li><p>Participate in feature definition, prioritisation, and long-term strategy planning with the Wise Platform team</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers, making product and project decisions</p></li><li><p>Design and develop new features for Wise services and expose them on the public API when needed</p></li><li><p>Work on scaling Wise Platform into new regions, overcoming associated challenges</p></li><li><p>Improve integration experience through documentation, APIs, SDKs, code samples, and reference implementations</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the technical presales team to support the sales cycle and secure new partnerships</p></li><li><p>Enhance internal processes to handle multiple integrations in parallel</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues, aiding the API support team with complex problems</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>This role will give you the opportunity to</strong></p><ul><li><p>Choose your own path to success - you’ll have the freedom to define the vision and responsibility for making it happen</p></li><li><p>Identify problems and unlock opportunities for Wise and partners through technology solutions</p></li><li><p>Inspire other teams internally and externally with your ideas, knowledge and self-starter attitude</p></li><li><p>Travel to work with our teams in Tallinn, London, and New York, as well as visit our partners across North America</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
