Process Associate will support manufacturing function in delivering best quality product and will work in accordance with company policies and procedures.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing hand assembly of small parts in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Loading and unloading small parts onto a high temperture furnace conveyor.</li>\n <li>Perform product inspections under magnificationon on small parts.</li>\n <li>Using tools to connect small, delicate components to another component.</li>\n <li>Operate small assembly equipment throughout the manufacturing process</li>\n <li>Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.</li>\n <li>Able to read and follow work instructions, including basic manufacturing drawings/depictions.</li>\n <li>Able to contribute to continuous improvement of processes.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>U.S. Persons.</li>\n <li>Ability to be flexible and learn multiple assembly roles.</li>\n <li>High attention to detail and ability to read and follow technical drawings, specifications and written instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.</li>\n <li>Able to lift and move upwards of 50 Ibs.</li>\n <li>Able to work flexible schedules when required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PERKS OF BEING AN EAGLEPICHER EMPLOYEE</strong>Some of the great things about being an EaglePicher employee include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance;</li>\n <li>10 paid holidays and PTO;</li>\n <li>Matching 401K;</li>\n <li>Annual Profit Sharing;</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement;</li>\n <li>Dependent scholarship programs.</li>\n</ul>",
