They will exhibit a positive/calm demeanour and maintain morale levels during peak production periods. They will proactively ask about quality expectations, and deliver all tasks to high standards for every stage of delivery within the required timeframe.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">In addition, Senior Compositors will assist their Lead and Compositing Supervisor in identifying and flagging potential issues for their shots, which may impact sequences or shows as a whole.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #5886a6; font-size: 18px\">DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Take direction from the Compositing Supervisor, Lead &amp; VFX supervisor to composite any shot to a high creative and technical standard, with a fast turnaround, and minimal support</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Apply client notes to all comp shots with minimal guidance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Accurately assess and prioritize their workload, and communicate time requirements to the Comp Coordinator, Lead &amp; Supervisor</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Proactively communicate with artists in upstream departments to ensure they will receive what they need to deliver their workload.
