Team members play a key role in delivering high-quality care, supporting advanced dental procedures, and contributing to an environment that prioritizes both patient satisfaction and professional growth.</p><p>Joining Wagner Dental means becoming part of a supportive, skilled team where your expertise is valued, your skills can grow, and your work has a meaningful impact on patients’ confidence and oral health.</p><p><strong>This position is full time Monday – Friday 8AM - 5PM&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Compensation Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience </strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Dental / Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our office!&#xa0;Our treatment coordinators present treatment plans and financial estimates, collect copays and payments, schedule patient appointments, and follow up on existing outstanding patient balances.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet patients and ensure they feel welcome</li><li>Present and explain Orthodontic treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and professionally</li><li>Answer patient questions and provide support throughout their dental care journey</li><li>Coordinate appointments and follow-ups to keep patients on track with their Orthodontic treatment</li><li>Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth scheduling and case management</li><li>Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financing options regarding Orthodontics</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in dental office &amp; Orthodontic treatment coordination required</li><li>Strong knowledge of Orthodontic terminology and insurance</li><li>Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage schedules efficiently</li></ul><p><strong>We offer full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and generous paid time off (PTO).</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>&#xa0;</p><p>Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
