This position is hybrid and requires on-site attendance one day per week.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The FMS Case Closure Analyst will provide financial management support focusing on case reconciliation and closure to the U.S. Navy&rsquo;s International Fleet Support Office.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide financial management expertise on multiple customer / country programs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use knowledge of FMS financial reconciliation to support the Government financial managers in reconciling FMS case financials</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Respond to data calls in support of Program Reviews, Financial Reviews and case closure efforts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare documentation for implementation, execution, reconciliation, and closure of FMS cases</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare presentations and reports and brief them to USG clients and foreign partners</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure the delivery of high quality and accurate products to the Government.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in the development of programs&#39; financial briefings and reports, including analyses of programs&#39; financial health and affordability</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist the Government in the generation of metrics and trend analysis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC&rsquo;s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC&rsquo;s clients</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelors&rsquo; degree from a school accredited in the US</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1+ years&rsquo; experience in financial management with a strong understanding of FMS</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Active DOD Secret security clearance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to identify and track requirements</li><li>Residency in geographic proximity to attend meetings in-person at the Washington Navy Yard, as required by Government.</li><li>Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret security clearance</li><li>Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients</li><li>The ability to provide support remotely or onsite at MBC Headquarters</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation Policy:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><em>Salary ranges displayed are typical for this position, but MBC&nbsp;considers multiple factors when extending an offer.
