We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>MOR PPM Inc. seeks an Industrial Carpenter in Lakeland, FL.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Cut, fabricate and install Industrial buildings and other structures according to specifications</li>\n <li>Job will entail working in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructures and products</li>\n <li>A carpenter is an individual with great hand dexterity and an eye for detail</li>\n <li>Measure, layout, build forms, pour concrete and finish project.</li>\n <li>Ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials and masonry work</li>\n <li>Being able to work with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida driver’s license</li>\n <li>Must possess and maintain a valid telephone number</li>\n <li>At least one-year of form carpentry experience - job will provide all tools - may bring tool belt, tape measure, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Power Tools will be provided. </li>\n <li><strong>Carpenter, Hand Tools, are required</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign</li>\n <li>May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above</li>\n <li>Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas</li>\n <li>Must have full range of motion consistent with age</li>\n <li>Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders</li>\n <li>Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises</li>\n <li>Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces</li>\n <li>Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
