You&rsquo;re knowledgeable about modern video editing and animation applications stay current with industry trends and techniques. You&rsquo;ll collaborate frequently with creative professionals, producers and project managers. You&rsquo;re adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines and tracking time. You&rsquo;re an organized and responsible data steward, ultimately crafting best-in-class deliverables from short-form social media to long-form videos.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Edit and animate finished video content for distribution across multiple channels.&nbsp;</li><li>Create captivating motion graphics that elevate storytelling and aligns with creative direction.&nbsp;</li><li>Build polished deliverables from detailed briefs, scripts and storyboards, as well as develop concepts independently within established guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and organize video assets while maintaining a clean and accessible project file structure.</li><li>Collaborate with fellow creative professionals, producers, account managers and project managers.</li><li>Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines without sacrificing quality.&nbsp;</li><li>Stay current on output specs and best practices across multiple channels (social, streaming, broadcast, digital and more).&nbsp;</li><li>Accurately track time spent on projects using established agency practices and tools.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>SKILLS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator in a Mac-based environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of video production workflows, file formats, codecs and delivery specs across platforms.</li><li>Ability to interpret creative direction and execute with precision&mdash;and to ideate as needed.</li><li>Strong organizational habits and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>Exercising safe asset management and data stewardship, protecting agency and client assets.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work with a wide range of video and audio quality, including color correction and audio optimization.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work quickly, efficiently and independently.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>3-4 years of relevant experience</li><li>Agency or production house experience strongly preferred; digital experience an added plus</li><li>Digital portfolio with body of work example</li><li>Video production experience a plus, not required</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid work opportunity; 3 days a week onsite in the Minneapolis office</li><li>Equipment is provide</li><li>$85/hr<br><br>&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
