In this role, you will champion user-centered design practices while collaborating with product management, engineering, and curriculum teams to create intuitive, evidence-based learning experiences. This position is ideal for a designer passionate about educational technology and committed to measurable impact on student learning.</span></p><h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><p><br></p><h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">UX Strategy and Design</span></h3><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Guide the end-to-end design process for our instructional learning products, from research and ideation through implementation and iteration.</span></p><h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Stakeholder Management</span></h3><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Present design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to key cross-functional stakeholders.</span></p><h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">User Research and Testing</span></h3><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Conduct user research with educators, administrators, and students to inform design decisions; participate in usability testing and gather feedback to validate design hypotheses.</span></p><h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Design for Efficacy</span></h3><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Translate learning science principles and educational research into intuitive product experiences. Work closely with instructional design and/or curriculum teams to ensure pedagogical soundness.</span></p><h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Collaborate Cross-Functionally</span></h3><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">System Design</span></h3><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or multi-role platforms.</span></p><h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Required Qualifications</span></h2><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">5+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3 years in EdTech</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and prototyping</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and the ability to advocate for users</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Experience designing for diverse user groups (K&ndash;12 students, educators, parents, administrators)</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Knowledge of learning science principles and how they apply to product design</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
