These roles are project-based and 100% remote.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assess CMS program documents including, without limitation, Board and Management oversight, Third Party oversight, compliance programs, complaint response management, and compliance audit programs.</li>\n <li>Review CMS process narratives, procedures, and process flows, and perform a gap analyses to regulatory requirements.  </li>\n <li>Assess current state processes for alignment with policies, procedures, and regulations.</li>\n <li>Identify regulatory gaps and develop recommendations for changes to procedures and documentation.</li>\n <li>Perform transaction testing to confirm adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain detailed supporting work papers.</li>\n <li>Manage large data sets, troubleshoot, and develop processes for collecting and aggregating data effectively and efficiently. </li>\n <li>Synthesize data into Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with the client, team members, and management.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain client deliverables such as assessment/audit reports, risk assessments, work papers, and reporting decks.</li>\n <li>Meet deadlines and work under pressure when required.</li>\n <li>Identify issues and escalate as needed.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>4+ years’ experience in compliance testing, audit, or process/risk/control documentation and evaluation.</li>\n <li>4+ years’ Financial Services experience, with a focus on bank regulatory compliance, deposit operations and loan operations (experience with fintechs or third-party oversight is preferred). </li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include client report writing and presentation.</li>\n <li>Effective project management and leadership skills.</li>\n <li>Manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Work independently as well as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain documentation and records in an organized and accessible manner.</li>\n <li>Meet deadlines and work under pressure when required.</li>\n <li>Identify issues and escalate as needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to plan, strategize, and manage time independently and within budget.</li>\n <li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as proficiency with business process mapping tools such as Visio.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><em>Primary Location:</em> Remote</p>\n<p><em>Primary Location Salary Range:</em> $75/hr - $150/hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Treliant offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefit package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
