It is solely accountable for the fulfillment of all assigned duties and has authority delegated commensurate with assigned responsibilities.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:</strong></u> Include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Lead and drive key projects within JOST Agriculture NA Inc.</li><li>Collaborate with project team members to create a strategic action plan including cost estimates of materials.</li><li>Facilitate and track ECN implementation at the local manufacturing facility.</li><li>Develop and maintain routings, costing, and bills of materials in an ERP system utilizing time studies, standard data, and other estimating tools for local manufacturing.</li><li>Update and maintain production job travelers for fabrication and welding departments.</li><li>Track project deliverables and provide updates to management team on status and progress.</li><li>Create and maintain project timelines to ensure that internal/external targets and deadlines are met.</li><li>Assist R&amp;D in product fit-ups and prototyping, including travel as needed.</li><li>Create both technical and logistical solutions to bring products to market in a timely and cost-effective manner.</li><li>Analyzes equipment, systems, processes, and systems to identify modifications to improve efficiency, increase quality, and reduce costs.</li><li>Create and maintain professional engineering &amp; quality documentation within the field of product development, including product testing and assembly.</li><li>Supervise and review work of project team members involved with assigned projects.</li><li>Travel 5-15% per year, as required (domestically and internationally)</li><li>Perform other duties as required and directed.</li><li>Any additional duties that have not been specifically stated, but which may be assigned and those that are logically and properly inherent to this position.</li></ul><p><u><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum of 3 years' experience.</li><li>In lieu of degree, seven plus years salaried engineering experience in metal fabrication manufacturing environment or project management.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience in Health and Safety and ISO9001 requirements.</li></ul>",
