Description LCS is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to help lead the daily operations at Dallas Retirement Village located in Dallas, Oregon. This role is responsible for assisting the executive director in overseeing all aspects of the community performance, including resident satisfaction, team engagement, regulatory compliance, and financial results.
