Description

The Job Europe’s hidden defenders operate under constant pressure. Inside regulated mid-market organizations and regional MSSPs, lean SecOps teams are protecting hospitals, utilities, financial institutions, and public infrastructure against increasingly sophisticated threats. They face mounting compliance demands, limited headcount, and zero tolerance for failure. Our mission is to make them successful. Everything we build must reduce their friction, sharpen their visibility, and strengthen their confidence when incidents unfold. As a VP, Product Execution, you own the execution performance of Guardsix's cybersecurity portfolio, including Guardsix SIEM, NDR, Director, and SOAR. You will build and lead a high-discipline international Product Management organization that determines how effectively we deliver on that mission. This role sits within the CPO leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Product Officer. You will operate as a core member of product leadership, shaping how strategy turns into shipped capability, commercial leverage, and competitive credibility in the market. Your mission is to build the execution backbone of the product organization. Raise the bar on delivery discipline. Eliminate roadmap volatility. Ensure every major release sharpens our credibility, improves operational usability, and increases leverage for the defenders who rely on us. This role requires a cybersecurity-native leader who deeply understands SOC Analysts, Incident Responders, and Security Architects. You understand their workflows, their stress during active incidents, their frustration with noisy detections, and their scrutiny when evaluating platform trust. You translate that practitioner empathy into structured, outcome-driven product decisions that earn respect in the field. This is a Remote (EMEA) role. What You Will Be Doing: Lead and develop the Product Management team with clear execution standards, milestone discipline, and accountability. Own roadmap predictability across all in-market products, ensuring quarterly commitments are realistic, transparent, and delivered without surprise. Translate strategic priorities into structured, outcome-tied plans aligned to adoption, retention, win-rate influence, and product quality. Drive disciplined prioritization under constrained capacity, making explicit trade-offs and stopping work that does not materially improve competitive position. Ensure every release is commercially ready before GA through tight alignment with Sales, SE, CS, and Support. Lead structured 30/60/90-day post-launch reviews tied to adoption metrics, customer feedback, and revenue influence. Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering leadership to balance innovation, reliability, security posture, and platform sustainability. Maintain practitioner-level proximity to customers, MSSPs, SOC analysts, and security architects to validate roadmap direction against real workflows. Step into customer escalations, competitive deal situations, and detection credibility reviews when domain authority and execution clarity are required. What You Bring to the Table: Cybersecurity domain experience is non-negotiable. Deep practitioner-level understanding of SOC workflows, incident response processes, detection engineering, and compliance-driven security operations. Proven ability to operate effectively in constrained environments with finite engineering capacity and competing priorities. Strong execution discipline comfortable running structured milestone tracking, launch governance, and post-launch accountability. Commercially sharp judgment understands how roadmap decisions impact win rates, retention, and expansion. High confidence operating in high-pressure scenarios including escalations and deal-critical situations. Structured decision-maker who can eliminate noise and drive clarity. Comfortable holding peers accountable across Product, Engineering, and GTM. Execution-oriented leader who builds high-performance teams rather than relying on heroics. Direct, structured communicator with strong executive presence. Calm under pressure in escalations and competitive environments. Pragmatic operator who values measurable outcomes over roadmap theater. High ownership mindset with low tolerance for ambiguity-driven drift. Strong peer-level collaboration with Engineering and GTM leadership. Willing to challenge weak prioritization, low-impact initiatives, or misaligned investments. Your Skills and Experience: Significant experience in cybersecurity product domains such as SIEM, NDR, EDR, SOAR, or adjacent SOC technologies. Strong understanding of detection coverage, threat modeling, MITRE ATT&CK alignment, and telemetry-driven product environments. Experience shipping and scaling enterprise or mid-market B2B products with long, complex sales cycles. Familiarity with launch governance, enablement readiness, and cross-functional GTM alignment. Comfort operating within structured execution systems (roadmap tracking, milestone gating, execution health reviews). Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs in partnership with Engineering leadership. Data-driven mindset capable of tying adoption and usage signals to roadmap decisions. 10+ years in Product Management with substantial leadership experience in cybersecurity. Demonstrated experience leading Product Managers in growth-stage environments. Proven track record of driving predictable execution and structured launch discipline. Experience engaging directly in customer escalations, competitive evaluations, or deal-critical discussions. Experience operating in distributed, cross-functional organizations. Background serving MSSPs, regulated industries, or compliance-driven security environments is strongly preferred. Why you would love working at Guardsix : We’re on a growth journey, and we offer a challenging and exciting international work environment on the cutting edge of cybersecurity technology. We strive to deliver outstanding results in a positive, collaborative, and inclusive atmosphere with great opportunities for personal growth and development. By design, we push to create a culture that is dynamic, positive, and contagious. Where each person can show up as their true self, knowing they are valued, heard, and respected. Here at Guardsix , you won’t just be solving technical problems, but as a part of our diverse and passionate global team, you’ll be joining a company dedicated to shaping the future of cybersecurity solutions. Get to know Guardsix : Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with offices across Europe, the USA, and Asia, Guardsix is a multinational and multicultural cybersecurity company.
