    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">OneEighty, a private, non-profit organization that provides comprehensive addiction, domestic violence, mental health and behavior health services in and around Holmes and Wayne Counties is seeking to hire a full-time <strong>Family Peer Mentor Recovery Coach.</strong> The Family Peer Mentor Recovery Coach (FPM) serves families referred to children services due to child abuse or neglect and parental substance use. The FPM provides peer support to help families navigate through the child welfare and other systems while also providing hope and motivation to keep children safe and families together. A complete job description is attached.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;</span>&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p><ul><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">High School Diploma or equivalent, required.&nbsp;</span> Must be certified as a Peer Specialist at time of hire or within the first 6 months. &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Must be a self-identified person currently or formerly receiving mental health services; or a self-identified person in recovery from substance abuse disorder (recommended 3 years).</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Must have lived-experience with the child welfare system either as a parent or child, with the case closed at least one year or if you do not have direct CPS experience, be able to describe how your substance use affected your child(ren) and family.</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">May not currently receive clinical services at OneEighty.</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">If in recovery from addiction must have two years of continuous sobriety.</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows the individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty&rsquo;s vehicle insurance.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Must be certified in CPR and First Aid or able to attain certification.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Must be trained in administering Narcan.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Must demonstrate no ongoing criminal activity. &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to use a computer; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality; able to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA standards.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Must maintain appropriate boundaries with clients as set forth in Agency Policies and Procedures.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Must have written communication skills which support the ability to submit accurate documentation and effectively communicate.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to facilitate and maintain productive communication while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and coworkers.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to work as a team.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Work Schedule and Benefits: Full-time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt hourly position.
