You will be responsible for safely transporting items between GoFor’s customers and their end-users, ensuring efficient service and exceptional customer experiences.<br><br></p>\n<p>You may be required to carry deliveries into homes or upstairs, always handling goods and customer property with care. Any issues must be escalated promptly and professionally.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>13-hour shifts, 3 days per week</li>\n<li>Operating across a 6-day coverage window with rotating crews</li>\n<li>Shift times may vary based on business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Load and organize deliveries using the most efficient route</li>\n<li>Safely operate and maintain a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5-ton truck</span> in accordance with company and legal requirements</li>\n<li>Deliver products to residential and commercial locations, including stairs or entryways when needed</li>\n<li>Lift and carry items up to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">150 lbs</span> alone or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">300 lbs</span> with a partner using safe techniques</li>\n<li>Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections</li>\n<li>Maintain delivery documentation, including status updates, logs, and mileage records</li>\n<li>Keep vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with dispatch, logistics, and customer service teams</li>\n<li>Ensure all products are in good condition upon delivery</li>\n<li>May be required to operate a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1-tonne truck</span> and assist with shipment prep</li>\n<li>Perform other duties and support projects as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>🎯 <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience driving 5-ton trucks</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license with a clean abstract</li>\n<li>Physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting</li>\n<li>Availability for 13-hour shifts and weekend work</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Basic computer/mobile app literacy</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li>\n<li>Professionalism under pressure and problem-solving ability</li>\n<li>Personal qualities: integrity, reliability, commitment, and team spirit</li>\n<li>Must use proper PPE; smartphone access is an asset<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Diversity, Inclusion &amp; Accommodation</span></span></p>\n<p>At GoFor, we believe diversity drives innovation and performance.
