This role ensures robust physical asset protection, operational risk visibility, and consistent security governance while supporting the integration of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards into regional operations.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Policy Implementation:</span> Translate and implement HQ security policies at the regional level, ensuring compliance across SEA stations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk Assessment &amp; Auditing:</span> Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits for warehouses and operational sites.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EHS &amp; ESG Support:</span> Lead the onboarding and monitoring of EHS and ESG initiatives in the region to meet the sustainability requirements of global clients.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational Monitoring:</span> Oversee 24/7 in-country support, including route monitoring and physical security surveillance for high-value cargo.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Management:</span> Partner with HQ teams and stations to manage stakeholder security needs and prioritize risk mitigation.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Incident Management:</span> Manage incident triage, investigation, and reporting in alignment with HQ templates and response protocols.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security Qualifications:</span> Certification in C-TPAT, AEO, STP, TAPA, ISO 28001, or ISO 27001 or similar standards is highly preferred.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Auditor Training:</span> Professional certification or formal training in auditing standards.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EHS/ESG Knowledge:</span> Understanding of environmental health, safety regulations, and corporate sustainability frameworks.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Industry Experience: </span>3–5 years of security experience, specifically within logistics or high-volume operational environments.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Regional Expertise: </span>Experience navigating the fragmented regulatory landscapes across Asian markets.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supply Chain Security: </span>Proven track record in vendor management and supply chain resilience.\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Focus:</span> Taking ownership of stakeholders' security needs and partnering for success.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Proactiveness: </span>Anticipating risks and taking preemptive action to mitigate potential threats.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accountability: </span>Data-driven decision-making and taking full responsibility for security outcomes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Teamwork &amp; Integrity:</span> Leveraging collective intelligence and upholding high ethical standards.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Behavioural</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication</li>\n<li>Team player</li>\n<li>Rigorous</li>\n<li>Excellent inter-personal skills</li>\n<li>Organized, Detailed-oriented.</li>\n<li>Responsive</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Language</span></span></p>\n<p>Fluent and technical English</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The personal and professional growth of our team members is a top priority. We invest in knowledge-building, mentorship, and training to foster a fulfilling career journey. We provide people with challenging roles and the support needed to succeed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Join our team and be a part of our inspiring journey of growth and expansion.
