Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p>\n <p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, POM Product Owner to join our Enterprise Custody Team. This role is located in Pune.</p>\n <p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Collaborate with the Business, SMEs, and End Users to gather and develop story level requirements in JIRA that allows the Development Team to deliver consistent level of high-quality code.</li>\n  <li>Participate in all agile/sprint activities (planning, backlog refinement, retrospective, standups, and design).</li>\n  <li>Create and maintain story level functional, non-functional requirements and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA (excluding technical tasks).</li>\n  <li>Write and elaborate stories to align with Product definition of “Ready for Development.”</li>\n  <li>Validate stories with cross functional stakeholders, including Business, SMEs, and End Users to gather requirements and desired outcomes.</li>\n  <li>Review test cases with testers to ensure test results meet expected outcomes as defined in acceptance criteria.</li>\n  <li>Review testing failures to identify potential missed/new requirements or defects.</li>\n  <li>Prepare and circulate release notes as part of operational readiness.</li>\n  <li>Support other Ops readiness activities as required.</li>\n </ul>\n <p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Agile methodology expertise.</li>\n  <li>Project Management experience using JIRA &amp; Confluence.</li>\n  <li>Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel &amp; PowerPoint.</li>\n  <li>Business Analytics skills using Microsoft Power BI &amp; Tableau.</li>\n  <li>Understanding of Investment Banking: Subsidiaries, CSDs and different organizations contributing to investment banking business.</li>\n  <li>Knowledge of Asset Servicing business.</li>\n  <li>Custody Product Knowledge, specifically:<br>\n   • Corporate Action and Income product from Custody business perspective<br>\n   • Proxy product from Custody business perspective<br>\n   • Class Action product from Custody business perspective</li>\n  <li>Bachelor’s or post graduate degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.</li>\n  <li>6- 8; years of total work experience in Project / Product delivery (Agile delivery preferred).</li>\n  <li>No direct reports, provides guidance to less experienced colleagues.
