If so, <strong>Embark at Springville</strong> invites you to join our mission-driven team as a <strong>Behavioral Health Supervisor, </strong>a vital role in our trauma-informed, residential treatment program for adolescent girls.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Nestled in the serene beauty of <strong>Hobble Creek Canyon</strong>, Embark at Springville is more than a treatment center—we’re a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 12–17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our approach is <strong>family-centered, evidence-based, and deeply relational</strong>.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and train 3-5 residential staff by providing guidance answering questions, modeling interventions, and managing escalated situations.</li>\n <li>Provide supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in a high-acuity residential setting.</li>\n <li>Lead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents.</li>\n <li>Guide new hires through a structured, checklist-based on-shift orientation.</li>\n <li>Assign responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth, efficient shift operations.</li>\n <li>Conduct weekly 1on1 meeting's with direct supports. </li>\n <li>Be on-call for critical incidents and lead response efforts when needed.</li>\n <li>Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff.</li>\n <li>Participate in leadership meetings, relaying relevent information during treatment team meeting's as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting.</li>\n <li>1 year of leadership experience.</li>\n <li>Experience working with adolescent teenagers.</li>\n <li><p>Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support staff.</p></li>\n <li><p>Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Meets Core Requirements:</strong> Must be 21+, hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and pass a Utah State background check.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> <strong>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</strong> – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Parental Leave</strong> – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.</li>\n <li><strong>Life & Disability Coverage</strong> – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with Company Match</strong> – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.</li>\n <li><strong>PTO & Holidays</strong> – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.</li>\n <li><strong>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</strong> – Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Embark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.</strong> We are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
