    "description": "<p>Ron Hoover RV &amp; Marine Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced RV Park Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our RV park. This is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all daily operations of the RV park, including guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and billing</li>\n<li>Supervise and schedule park staff (maintenance, groundskeeping, housekeeping)</li>\n<li>Ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with all safety and regulatory standards</li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service, resolve guest concerns, and create a positive guest experience</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of occupancy, payments, and maintenance logs</li>\n<li>Market the RV park through local outreach, online platforms, and promotional events</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience managing an RV park, campground, or hospitality property preferred</li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>Ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call as needed</li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary based on experience</li>\n<li>On-site housing option (if applicable)</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holiday pay</li>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance options</li>\n<li>Opportunity to grow with a respected and expanding company</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you are a motivated leader who enjoys solving problems and creating a memorable experience for guests, we want to hear from you!</p>",
