In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with a team of highly skilled Consulting Engineers to help our customers solve complex technical challenges, guide product integration, and ensure our tools deliver maximum value.</p>\n<p><span>You’ll lead the team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building trusted partner relationships, and helping customers achieve long-term success. You will take a hands-on approach, bringing strong technical depth in 3D and meaningful pre-sales exposure.</span><span> </span><span>This role combines leadership, collaboration, and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and long-lasting relationships. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a remote role based in the U.S, managing team members in France, U.S, Canada, and Japan.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inspire and Lead:</span> Manage, coach and develop a high-performing, global consultancy team</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Build Trusted Relationships:</span> Foster strong connections with partners, peers, and cross-functional teams </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Impact:</span> Collaborate with senior management to define and achieve business goals </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drive Customer Success:</span> Understand customer needs, guide technical solutions, and ensure a great experience from first conversation to long-term adoption</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shape the Products:</span> Turn customer insights into feedback that helps guide product development and roadmaps</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bring Solutions to Life:</span> Present and demonstrate Tech Soft 3D software in ways that clearly connect technical capabilities to customer value</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Partner with Sales and Marketing:</span> Create compelling content for sales proposals and contribute to engaging marketing materials </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Continually Pursue Excellence:</span> Stay current on technology and market changes that may affect or enhance our products </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Enhance How the Team Works:</span> Partner with the Sr. Director of Partner Development to refine tools, processes and workflows so the team can operate efficiently and sustainably </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Champion company culture: </span>Build positive relationships, stay agile through change, and help create a collaborative high-performing team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computing, product design, physics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience </li>\n<li>10+ years’ experience working in the Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense sectors, either as an end-user or within the CAD/PLM/PDM software ecosystem </li>\n<li>Previous people management experience  </li>\n<li>Solid understanding of 3D geometry and CAD </li>\n<li>A track record of success in pre-sales and technical support </li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills </li>\n<li>Ability to manage complex customer relationships and technical challenges </li>\n<li>Ability to travel occasionally</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bonus Points If You Have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools </li>\n<li>Experience working with an international team  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reasons to Not Apply:<br></span>We believe in matching great talent with the right roles.
