If you love to be part of a high-tech scale-up and are motivated by pushing your limits and challenging the status quo, we have an opportunity for you.</p>\n<p>We are actively seeking a Firmware Engineer Contractor based in CH.<br> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br>•    Work to develop, test and maintain embedded firmware for silicon products.<br>•    Ensuring the robustness of code by implementing and running a software test suite<br>•    Migration, consolidation and development of existing silicon debug software<br>•    Software design and support for our silicon design infrastructure<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Experience:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in designing, coding and debugging real-time applications in C and/or C++ in an embedded environment</li>\n<li>Experience in using or implementing Real-Time scheduler or RTOS (ideally Zephyr OS)</li>\n<li>Interfacing to hardware and peripherals: SPI, I2C/SMBus, JTAG, UART</li>\n<li>Debugging at application and hardware level</li>\n<li>Software validation and verification techniques</li>\n<li>Ability to develop under different platforms (Linux, Windows)</li>\n<li>Use of modern SW development workflows (CI/CD with GitLab or GitHub)</li>\n<li>Independent, self-starter who can help drive the firmware development forward.</li>\n<li>Experience coding and optimizing low-level drivers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Useful Experience:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Python script development for prototyping, test and validation.</li>\n<li>Experience with systems using multiple MCUs, with FW-to-FW communication and synchronization</li>\n<li>Hardware interfacing and electronics knowledge</li>\n<li>Knowledge of RISCV 32-bit processor architecture</li>\n<li>Knowledge of SerDes technology is a plus</li>\n<li>Knowledge of signal processing and algorithms is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>",
