    "requisitionDescription": "<div><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Job Summary:</h1><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The <strong>Field Supervisor</strong> will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and other building systems at commercial properties.&nbsp;</p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Duties/Responsibilities:</h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists the Service Manager with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee and manage the maintenance technicians.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs service calls and scheduled preventive maintenance at commercial properties.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Delegates work assignments between themself and maintenance technicians.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides on-the-job assistance and training to maintenance technicians, as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meets with the Service Manager daily to build work schedules for the maintenance department.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluates systems or facilities to determine future maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develops maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with departmental budgeting and estimates the costs of specific repair projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Promotes a positive and uplifting work environment by providing positive feedback and encouragement to maintenance technicians and/or other team members.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required Skills/Abilities:&nbsp;</h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">General knowledge or experience in construction and carpentry related trades.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent management and supervisory skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.</li></ul></div><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Education and Experience:</h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At least five years of relevant maintenance or contracting experience required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Technical education or certifications recommended.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be physically able to traverse commercial facilities to diagnose, repair and maintain building systems.
