Our goal is to empower you with the resources and flexibility and success on and off the job!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>S&W Ready Mix has an immediate opening for a <strong>Concrete Dispatcher/Shipper Order Taker/Customer Service Representative.</strong>  This is a Hourly position reporting to the Dispatch Manager. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish). The primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate the highest level of customer satisfaction including shipping and order taking, dispatching, scheduling of drivers and deliveries, delivery efficiency and inter-department communication.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for shipping and order taking, scheduling, dispatcher and customer relations</li>\n <li>Maintain efficient delivery controls through proper scheduling and accurate order entry into the dispatch system</li>\n <li>Resolve transportation conflicts and handle unusual and difficult customer complaints</li>\n <li>Provide customer support to ensure maximum efficiency</li>\n <li>Embraces and enhances a performance based Safety Culture</li>\n <li>Is positive and upbeat in all communications with customers and other departments</li>\n <li>Relentlessly pursues a solution to every issue that a customer brings to them</li>\n <li>Deep desire to exceed expectations of internal and external customers; not satisfied with just meeting expectations</li>\n <li>Identify and communicate repairs and maintenance of logistics communication equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School education or equivalent required, secondary education preferred</li>\n <li>Previous shipping and order taking experience required </li>\n <li>Previous experience in dispatch or logistics required; construction industry experience strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to work well under pressure; previous customer service experience in a high pressure/high volume environment required</li>\n <li>Excellent PC skills, Excel, Outlook, Word; previous experience with Trimble a plus</li>\n <li>Familiar with geographical areas in Castle Hayne, NC area</li>\n <li>Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime</li>\n <li>Good telephone and 2-way radio skills; ability to deal with internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p> Titan America LLC offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, matching 401K, paid vacation and holidays).</p>\n<p>Titan America is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) / Affirmative Action employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
