We do not cover travel stipends or reimbursements for travel. </li>\n   <li>Not benefit eligible.</li>\n   <li>13-week temp assignment</li>\n   <li>Opportunity to convert to Part or Full-Time at the end of the duration </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Maple Heights Behavioral Health is a new, 120-bed inpatient hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, that will provide comprehensive treatment for adolescents, adults, and seniors who are struggling with acute symptoms of a variety of mental health disorders. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<p>· Monitor patient health and administer basic care utilizing the nursing process within the LPN/LVN scope of practice in carrying out care plan objectives and goals.</p>\n<p>· Role model expectations related to customer service and demonstrates a sense of urgency related to the importance of patient safety.</p>\n<p>· Collaborate with others to ensure that patients’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledges and works to resolve customer complaints.</p>\n<p>· Provide for the basic comfort of patient, implement nursing interventions identified in the plan of care that is individualized to their needs.</p>\n<p>· Apply appropriate interventions to progress the patient towards wellness and address maintenance of wellness.</p>\n<p>· Discuss the care provided with patient and listen to their concerns.
