    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">The Cemetery Maintenance Worker (Grave Digger) reports to the Cemetery Superintendent and is responsible for properly using tools, chemicals and equipment in the cemetery and surrounding areas.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>The Grave Digger duties must be performed consistent with company mission and values and adherence to company policies and procedures.</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; line-height: 1;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><br> <strong><u><span style=\"color:#385623;\">Specific Responsibilities</span></u></strong></span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;line-height:normal;'><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:17px;\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Locate gravesites using maps; lay out and excavate grave following interment verification procedures; install liner and refill the grave site after service.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Water, mow, weed, trim, renovate and fertilize cemetery lawn areas.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Plant, water and maintain landscaped areas consisting of bushes, trees, flowers, shrubs, and lawns.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Trim and prune trees and shrubs; stake trees as necessary.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Apply herbicides, fungicides and pesticides safely; maintain records of fertilizers and chemicals used.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform a variety of duties in the maintenance and repair of the cemetery&#39;s irrigation system; change and adjust heads; maintain controllers; plan and participate in large irrigation system installation and maintenance projects.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Operate maintenance equipment such as dump trucks, tractors, backhoes, front loaders, and power tools such as mowers, edger and blowers; maintain hand tools and assigned equipment; repair equipment as necessary.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Equipment and facility maintenance and snow removal.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Promote a safe work environment by being aware of and practicing universal precautions and adopting general principles of safe conduct.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Observe safety rules and ensure compliance with the operating procedures of corporate, federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA regulations and Safety and Environmental guidelines.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Identify equipment needs for each assigned project.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Work order completion.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
