    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Loader Operator is responsible for moving material throughout the factory and ensuring the achievement of smooth receiving, stocking, and shipping.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Direct truck drivers during loading and unloading</li><li>Operate scale, record weights and dimensions accurately</li><li>Operate packaging equipment to securely transport inbound, cross-dock, and outbound loads</li><li>Load and unload material at the standard rate of production</li><li>Inspect material handling equipment before operating, record data from the inspection</li><li>Visually differentiate between similar metals</li><li>Assist in other areas and perform other duties, as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required&nbsp;</li><li>1+ year(s) experience operating heavy equipment</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Ability to consistently comply with PPE and safety standards while on the production premises</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Pass certifications on all materials handling equipment on site</li><li>Experience working in a 24/7 production environment</li><li>Strong work ethic with a positive attitude</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>The noise level is usually very loud</li><li>Regularly works near moving mechanical parts</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs, several times per day</li><li>The buildings are heated during the winter, but conditions could be cold in the winter &amp; hot during the summer</li><li>The processing areas are dirty &amp; wet at times</li><li>Processing facilities/areas are dusty</li></ul></div>\n",
