Also for helping maintain all HVAC units, welding, repairing and mowing equipment.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><em>Principal Duties and Responsibilities</em></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><u>Functions</u></p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li>Maintain the College of the Muscogee Nation&rsquo;s buildings and property.</li>\r\n\t<li>Minor repair of electric, plumbing, carpentry, floor tile, cement, and concrete work.</li>\r\n\t<li>Will assist with general lawn care.</li>\r\n\t<li>Other duties range from changing lights, adjusting temperature, moving and assembling furniture, checking on phones, running cable, and other duties as required by supervisor.</li>\r\n\t<li>Keep accurate records of daily routines.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must maintain a professional personal appearance at all times.</li>\r\n\t<li>Shall exercise good public relations with patrons, students and employees.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to troubleshoot electrical and HVAC problems.</li>\r\n\t<li>Repair indoor and outdoor furniture, welding would be an asset.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.</li>\r\n</ol>\r\n\r\n<p>Shall perform all other duties as assigned</p>\r\n",
