that all Northland products and services are provisioned, installed, and supported with the highest level of service. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUMMARY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul JOB DUTIES:</strong></p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Complete surveys for all products and services</li><li>Manage assigned installations from kickoff through completion, ensuring a smooth and successful customer experience</li><li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot Northland products and services onsite</li><li>Review service orders and scope of work to make sure everything is delivered as expected</li><li>Program and deploy equipment such as phones, routers, switches, and related devices</li><li>Perform service cutovers, including number porting and activation</li><li>Test and validate all services after installation to confirm everything is working correctly</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to keep installs on track and on time</li><li>Work with Project Coordinator and customer to ensure smooth installations.</li><li>Schedule site visits with customer, internal departments, and coordination of work with all pertinent systems</li><li>Work with vendors and partners as needed to support installation and service delivery</li><li>Reserve and manage telephone numbers and update internal systems as experience&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Configure and troubleshoot basic networking environments, including:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Ethernet, TCP/IP</li><li>VLANs, DHCP</li><li>QoS, PoE</li><li>Firewalls</li></ul></li><li>Deploy and configure customer-premise equipment such as:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>IP phones</li><li>Routers and switches</li><li>Voice and internet-related devices</li></ul></li><li>Support service provisioning workflows using Northland systems and platforms</li><li>Work with carrier and vendor partners to support installation and service delivery</li></ul><p><strong>CAREER PATH - SENIOR INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN JOB DUTIES:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Associate degree with 1 &ndash;2 years of experience in telephone or electronics experience </li><li
